Eric has 20+ years of industry distribution experience with leading investment firms.
From 2013-2019, Eric served as the Head of Distribution for Angel Oak Capital, a specialized fixed income manager. From 2008-2013, Eric held various sales positions and a senior management role at Trust Company of the West (TCW). His prior experience includes positions with Nuveen Investments, Prudential and Merrill Lynch.
Eric holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric holds his Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 licenses.

David has 10+ years of industry distribution experience with leading investment firms.
From 2012-2019, David served as the Head of West Coast distribution for Angel Oak Capital. Most recently, he served as the co-Head of Institutional Sales serving the firm’s institutional client base. Previously, David served as Assistant Vice President for Trust Company of the West (TCW) in Los Angeles, California.
David holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting/Finance with a minor in Leadership Studies from Claremont Mckenna College.
David holds his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Brian has over 25+ years of sales, operations and marketing experience.
From 2014-2018, Brian served as the Chief Operating Officer at Angel Oak Capital Advisors, a specialized fixed income manager. His primary responsibilities included oversight over Marketing, Operations and Risk. From 2012-2014, he served as the Director of Sales and Marketing.
From 1998-2007, Brian co-founded SouthStar Funding, a non-agency mortgage originator with over 800 employees nationwide. Brian served as the Executive Vice President with direct oversight over the Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce and Correspondent divisions and over 225 employees. SouthStar Funding originated over $6.5 billion in annual non-agency originations.

VP, Business Development
Alex serves as Vice President, Business Development at Skypoint Capital and has 9+ years of financial services experience with leading wealth management and investment firms.
From 2017-2019, Alex served as Vice President of Business Development and previously as the Assistant Vice President, Regional Director for Angel Oak Capital Advisors, a specialized fixed income manager. Previously, Alex held positions in wealth management at Edward Jones, Raymond James, and an Atlanta-based Registered Independent Advisor (RIA).
Alex holds a B.A. degree in History from the University of Georgia.

VP, Business Development
Trey serves as Vice President, Business Development at Skypoint Capital and has 20+ years of leadership, recruitment, and capital development experience.
Since 1999, Trey has served in numerous leadership positions in non-profit organizations in the Greater Atlanta Area. His past responsibilities have included roles in executive leadership teams, fundraising, talent recruitment, professional development, and oversight of teams ranging from 5 to over 100 employees. He has also consulted on leadership and fundraising for independent schools across the country. His prior experience includes leadership and board positions at Young Life, YMCA, Independent School Management (ISM), and Mount Pisgah Christian School.
Trey holds a B.B.A. degree in Economics from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is Series 7 licensed.
HEAD OF SALES OPERATIONS
Carter serves as the Head of Sales Operations and has over 25+ years of sales, marketing, and operations experience.
From 2013-2019, Carter served as Senior Vice President, Manager of Sales and Operations for Angel Oak Capital Advisors. His prior experience includes roles with Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Advisors, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and JPMorgan Chase. He has also held multiple sales and operations roles with several software firms he co-founded and managed.
Carter earned a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) certification from the College for Financial Planning and is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
